Samsung 840pro confusion

Lets see if anyone knows what's going on or have the same problem...

For the last few weeks, very randomly, I will get a pop-up from Samsung Magician asking if I am sure that I want to exit Samsung Magician when I am not even touching the software or anything (usually just watching youtube videos)

Well, I always just hit "No" and go about my day but today I decided to look at magician and maybe try to update it or something and "encountered an improper argument" popped up many times, then I clicked on to scan something (already cant remember) and it has been saying "Scanning for drive information" for about 18 hours now in a continuous loop.
