You can use G2A or reddit etc, if you want to make sure you get a fully working copy though, use a school ID/email and get discounted Microsoft software.

by cheap i mean cheaper than the 100 dollars for windows 8 from microsoft

As I said, doesn't exist unless you want to use a grey market.

The only legitimate alternative is if you're a student and can use the dreamspark program (or whatever it's called these days) which can get you a key for around $60 IIRC. The exact nuances of the offer changes a lot because people keep abusing it and selling these student-only keys on the grey market, which is again why I avoid grey market sellers.

To be clear, because you appear to not have read that first link that describes what a grey market is, let me paste it here:

A grey market is the trade of a commodity through distribution channels which, while legal, are unofficial, unauthorized, or unintended by the original manufacturer.

The keys themselves are genuine, but the channels to obtain them are not. Usually you're buying keys designed for poor 3rd world markets and then using them instead of the intended target. The product is genuine. It's the way you get access to that specific key that is not. It's not meant for you.

http://www.productkeybuy.com/to the right labeled our promises microsoft certified partner

I saw. I guarantee you they are not. At best it's misleading advertisement. At worst, they're lying.

As I said, real businesses that have access to real Microsoft products through legitimate distribution networks are bound to MAP (minimum advertised price) and a whole host of other requirements or else they lose access to that distribution network. That sites advertised price already breaks those rules. Therefore, they are not a legitimate partner.
