What is it like ordering products from WASD to the Uk

I am going to be ordering a full set of keycaps from WASD soon and I was wondering what experience people have had with postage and import tax to the UK.

I am going to be ordering a full set of keycaps from WASD soon and I was wondering what experience people have had with postage and import tax to the UK.

 

I've ordered quite a lot of stuff from overseas recently (vinyl, some guitar bits and I have a ducky shine mini coming soon). If the royal mail don't notice, then it will arrive at your door with no fees to pay. If they do notice it's from america, then they'll wait for you to come get it from the distro and you'll have to pay 8 quid handling fee and tax. They accused me of being a fraud last time, but seeing as I have no idea how you can pay the tax in advance, myeh. If it's coming to the UK with another service, I don't know how it works :/
