Go to solution Solved by david cassar,

So wait, 7770 or VGA Sapphire R7-250 1GB DDR5 w/Boost Full 128 Bit

The hd 7770 is much better than the r7 250.

My motherboard is Asrock n68c-gs fx

Sapphire R7-250 Videocard with BOOST 2gb-128bit Pcie DDR3  =  $95

ASUS HD7870 2GB GDDR5 256BIT = $405

May I ask, does my motherboard supports DDR5 graphics card?

Linus actually already covered this specific card, and others like it:

An analogy that he used in one of the comments (that I wished he had used in the video itself)

Buying this card is like buying a Halloween sized candy bar for $0.80 when you can get a full size one for a dollar.

An r7 250 would be a bit better. Performance is similar to something like an hd 7750. Also motherboards with a pcie x16 slot will support any graphics card be it ddr5 or ddr3. Whats the price of an r7 250 ddr5 or a r7 260x?

Save up for the r7 260. Its going to be much better than your 6570.

I would love to, But I really need a new graphics card.

The reason is my current graphics card is having a bit of a problem, fps issues, my pc keeps crashing (green pixels everywhere) .

Any graphics card with medium settings in CS:GO will do lol

*How about this one?

In that case I would get the 7730. Also is the hd 7750 or hd 7770 available for under 110$? If yes they would be worth it over the 7730. If not stay with the 7730.

I would really advise trying to get that hd 7770 for 114$. Its basically twice as fast as the 7730 for only 30$ more.

How are the chances of getting a used card in the philipines? A HD 7850 would be great for that price.

A lot, but I'm afraid I'm more of a brand new type than to get a used graphics card tho :(
