need help fixing hp w1907

So I picked up this monitor from a thrift store to add to my triple 900p setup. I get home and the backlight only stays on for a second, after figuring out what happen I shinded a flashlight and preformed a factory reset no luck. Then I striped it down to see if its a blown capacitor and none are blown or bulging and I'm out of ideas. Anyone else know what the problem is?

Edit: also both the ccfl appear to work (other the

an turning off after a second)
