Maybe the SATA connector slowly sliding out?

Hi there @Hangfire!

 

I would first check if there are any problems with the cables by reseating (disconnect and reconnect) the HDD connections (both SATA and power connectors). Before checking them make sure that the power cable of the computer tower is disconnected, and press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds to remove the residual power. 

 

In case the issue continues, then it's probably something wrong with the SATA port the hard drive is connected to, so you can try plugging it in another port.
