Hey,

I have questions (again). On my H440 I have three Noiseblocker eLoops B12-3 in front as intake, and these babies spin at 1900RPM all the time, because I have them hooked up on the case fan-hub.

And the question is - if I undervolt them to 7V with some cables I have from Corsair fans, will it have significant impact on airflow and thus, the temperatures?

And will it impact the pressure in the case? Currently there are three fans as intake and three as exhaust - 3 intakes at front, 2 exhaust through X61 rad on top, 1 undervolted AF140 at back as exhaust.

Thanks

It will have an effect on your temps, but to be honest I think it will be negligible.

The pressure thing may be more of a concern though, as you may then get a bit of negative pressure (depending on your exhaust fans), not too desirable, but again, i doubt it'd do your temps much harm.

Bleigh!  Ever hear of AC series?

I can't imagine the difference in temp being that big. There isn't much reason to have case fans spin that fast.

I cannot be held responsible for any bad advice given.

I've no idea why the world is afraid of 3D-printed guns when clearly 3D-printed crossbows would be more practical for now.

My rig: The StealthRay. Plans for a newer, better version of its mufflers are already being made.
