Need help

I have a cooler master n200 case and i want to mount 4X120mm fans

but one motherboard supports 2X fan connectors 

and second one support 4X fan connectors

1\ASUS MB - SOCKET 1150 - VANGUARD B85

2\ASUS MB - SOCKET 1150 - H97M-PLUS (this is better but supports only 2 fan)

(Does this MB support water cooling?)

And is there any other way to connect fans?

You can put 2 fans with splittters to each fan header on mobo. And yes, both support water cooling aswell since you plug AIOs to fan headers and custom to molex (PSU). You can also get something like NZXT Grid+ which multiplies CPU fan header to 5 fan headers powered with SATA/molex.
