Hello, when doing the usb bios flash to get the latest bios version on the a88x-pro mobo, i know that i have to put the .cap file on the usb (formatted in ft32), however, i am not sure if i need to rename the file. i have read that you do, and then other places that you don't. so for this specific mobo, do i have to rename the .cap file, or is it fine the way the name is when i download it. also, if i do have to rename the file, can someone please fill me in on what i need to rename it to? thanks in advance!

Do excactly what ASUS tells you to do. Don't listen to anyone else.

You don't need to rename anything. But it doesn't matter if the tool allows you to select file anyway.
