Your USB jacks and your internet connection is far from "nothing works".

You need to use the disc that came with your wireless adapter to install drivers, or hook the PC into a router via ethernet cable and let Windows update everything on it's own.

Problem is I dont have a Disc Reader, nor do the back usb ports, I tried installing with the drivers on the website but it still didnt work

Might be worth it to snag an optical drive just to see then. I think they're fairly inexpensive.

Nothing works is far from the truth.  It appears the only thing that isn't "working" is the motherboard.  And even then it seems to be a driver issue, rather than hardware.

Download the necessary drivers from:

http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4717#dl<--Click this if your mobo is rev 1

or

http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5194#dl<--Click this if your mobo is rev 2

Resetting windows won't matter if you don't put drivers on the machine.  That's what you are lacking.

Use a different computer and put them on a USB 2, plug it into a USB 2 on your mobo, not USB3

this happened to me too. this is not drivers nor your windows . your motherboard is short circuit with your casing .

Should I reseat the mobo

yes  do it and discharge your self before doing this . don' t stand on carpet with naked feet while doing this . put something non conductor betewwn your mobo and screws so they don't touch it directly .

short circuit. everything will work after that if the mobo it self is not a faulty one.

Same thing happened with mine, except even internet didn't work, not a problem, just grade the driver CD, put it into my laptop, and copied everything on to a fresh USB drive, and put it in my computer it installed and everything was working, just had to get the rest of the drivers from the web

basically use another computer to a) download drivers from web site and place on usb to migrate to your new pc or B ) use another computer to move the contents of the cd to a usb to use on the new computer for drivers. one other thing is if NONE of the usb work get into to bios at boot and try setting to default that will usually clear the usb 2.0 to start working.
