Ok, so right now we have a 50/10 package from Xfinity but ignore that for now, we generally get 10/10 but ignore that also. When my family uses the Roku are network goes to shit and you will get around 500-1500ms ping in games, generally enough to just straight up kick you from the server. I have a regular Cisco xfinity router set to bridge mode which we have are Linksys AC1750 EA6500 handle everything networking. I see how you can do media prioritization but there seems to only be a Normal and High Priority setting, is there a way to throttle the hell out of the Roku? Also in the media prioritization settings what does the downstream bandwidth setting do, it is currently set to 12820kbps. Would it help to add Netflix as an application and put it in the normal priority box, because from what I can tell there is no way to make something low priority, or to do what I want to do which would be to throttle the Roku to around 2 megabits a sec or maybe a little lower. Also the ping goes high only when a new episode is started which is annoying because when upstairs I don't know when it will be started and that means every 20-30 min depending on the series ping goes to shit and network is literally fucked.

PC is etherneted, Roku is a Roku 2 so wifi only, I already set the bitrate to the lowest possible, .3 but still ping wil go to at least 250-300 at the start of any movie or episode.
