yes it has

 

I suggest you getting a 960 and use cuda acceleration or if you already have a gpu you can link nvidia together

currently i got 8gbs ram with a i3 dual/hyper at 3.5ghz in a "prebuilt" yea ik but it was a gift

GTX 960 + Corsair CX series PSU is the way to go.

 

If you're lazy/don't want to do it the Quadro K2000 is definitely the way to go.
