It's fine, I have my H105 set up like that. No need to worry.

doesn't matter what way you have it, I personally would prefer to have the block on the CPU so the logo faces the correct direction, and then have the radiator face in the direction that would not cause the tubes to cross in front of the water block. (Same way as you have it now)
