Going to be my first build. Really dont care about graphics as long as I get a playable fps( talking llike 40-60). Besides, my monitor is 1024x768 lol. 

I got windows already and I an hdd is something I wont be needing since my comp that I have now doesnt even have 100gb taken up yet, even with all the steam downloading I did on it. So I might just add an ssd later.

Also if the gpu is gonna get bottlenecked just link me one that will do good with that cpu.

Oh btw, I would reccomend getting a HYPER 212 evo ASAP, for me amd cpu's heat up very, very quickly

yea I was thinking about getting an aftermarket cooler of some sort. Do you recommend overclocking with it if I have decent cooling though? (like a 30-50$ CPU cooler)

With hyper 212 evo you can, a bit. Would go to 6ghz but you could get 4,5 if it's a good chip
