CPU Volts (1.330v = 1.270)

So like the title says I have 1.330v plugged into the BIOS but its only showing as 1.270v in Intel ETU. I have the CPU set to adaptive voltage so does this mean the CPU simply doesn't NEED 1.330v or that something in my PC being my motherboard or PSU can't supply it?

That means you don't need it

Next question, I can run 12hrs and not crash on 1.310v however my driver for my iGPU will crash and then recover. Would you leave the voltage there or increase until the iGPU stops crashing?

I would disable iGPU

no it doesn't. Some people use it for extra displays.
