BUDGET BUILD - PLEASE REPLY FAST

Ok, so recently I was told a budget price to get a pc. This pc is going to record, edit, render etc. I need a great pc that can handle all of that. Please comment and don't add any monitors in your list if you do comment. I will be upgrading this pc in the future. Thanks to those who's reply!

Is a copy of Windows or any peripherals needed?

i personally would jump up case (to something like S340 or a fractal 3500W) but that xeon is a great processor.

btw nice name, that car is one of my favs :D

Do you already have a salvageable system? If so, what can you salvage? You can make $800 into a beast, depending on what you have and if you plan it right.

I have a laptop thats pretty crappy and I doubt I can salvage anything from it

This. I don't think I could put together something better. (It's also because I am incredibly lazy and never feel like putting together new builds!)
