if the motherboard doesn't come with wi-fi , i have to buy a PCI E wireless adapter so i can connect to the internet right?

will this one work?  ( Asus PCE N15 wireless adapter) (http://www.ncix.com/detail/asus-pce-n15-300mbps-802-11b-g-n-wireless-fb-62842-1251.htm)

Also do i just plug it in to a PCI slot and then it will work or is there more to do like drivers and stuff

I got this to show up (http://gyazo.com/38ba3c04a0f569664c613ecaa3da1732) does that mean i did it correct? and what are the other two ?

Plus i didn't have to install drivers as well. Just giving you another idea :)
