You can see even from the thumnail the V-Sync is off, and what is it that I can do on the Control panel?

 

Go to manage 3D settings, then the global tab and set everything you can to Application Controlled. Sometimes these settings change so I'd check that first.

Hey guys!

So I am playing BF4 (and 3) for like 6 months now, and since I got my GTX 970 I never dipped below 60, normal minimum is 70, and avarage is 90.

Since last friday, Im getting MAX 60 fps, on ULTRA, and on LOW.

I was looking at my Utilization and it never went up more than 45%.

 

Other people are having these problem, also on the 980:

So there is a GPU utilization bug on the GTX 900 series, thought?

I'd look straight to the v-sync settings in BF4 and in the Nvidia Control panel, I never saw those issues, even when my GTX 970 was dying and underclocked by 200MHz.

restarted all to manufacture settings, 90+fps!

It will be a good idea to check the settings after ever driver update, I've found them notorious for changing settings after an update.
