How to update BIOS?

So hmm is it a standard on all boards? Any tutorial will do or do I need specefic instructions? My board is Impact Vii, also any risks of bricking it?

Go to the Manufacturer Website and Download the Newest Bios Driver

Put the newest version downloaded onto a USB, boot into the BIOS and update it from the file.

Mobos support page has guide on doing that. It varies between manufacturers and sometimes between generations too. Things to remember: Don't do anything after you have started installation. It will reboot 1-2 times and load to BIOS/OS after that depending on your boot order.
