My PSU is faulty but still available for use. I'm currently talking to Antec for an RMA. How does an RMA work? Can I keep my PSU until the replacement comes or do I have to send it first so they can send me a new one?

This is the only computer available and I have tons of HW that's due on the computer.

i was just asking the forums since it takes him like hours to respond lol.

In North America or Europe: Within the first 60 days after purchase, please return your product to the dealer from whom you purchased it for a replacement. If the product is still within warranty and you can no longer return it to your dealer, please contact Antec Technical Support. Antec will not accept returns without prior approval and an RMA number.

Sig under construction.

You send the part, then they send the replacement. Or if they have cross shipping, they charge your credit card for a new psu and send you one while you send them their psu back. Then when they get your psu and see its broken, they refund the replacement.
