HELP GPU Low Clock Speed

Go to solution Solved by ExcitezR,

its in power save mode when at the desktop to keep temps down if it stayed at boost speed all of the time it would idle at like 60c

I monitor my GPU and CPU with Windows 7 desktop gadgets that use PCMeter.

Today I noticed that the GPU clock only shows 324MHz, so I loaded up GPU-Z to check and same again...

My GPUs core clock speed should be 1072MHz and boost should be 1137MHz, what's happened?

This is the exact page I ordered my GPU from: http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/nvidiageforcegraphicscards/nvidiagtx660series/02g-p4-3063-kr.html
