Not going to be the random idiot around here and say "you're already on a site" but there is a bit of help here on the forums nor-the-less. But for actual learning on how to put together pcs properly is a bit of an experience thing and countless hours of watching videos and reading other forums as well. Linus's techquickie videos are a great start as they give the general gist of what a system should have and not to have. As for more reading material that would be a difficult one because almost any forum can provide a indepth look at such like "TheTek's" site or LTT here. My way was TONS of vids through not only linus's side but almost any tech youtuber I could find.

 

Hopefully this gives you at least an insight, point is, figure out what the system is going to be used for, see how much $ you have to work with, THEN see what parts work for such application.
