It was working just fine and I installed an update and after the update it worked just fine then the computer froze a while after and now its not even installed but ti shows up as being installed and everytime i try and uninstall/ install it gets a fatal error at the end and doesn't work.

Try performing a System Restore.

Or going to the registries, delete the entries, and use CCleaner to try and unninstall.
