Computer will not turn on ! help

So last night i got this notification from windows saying that one of my usb port had a power surge, its was the usb port that i had my headset plug into. They stopped working so i decided to turn off my comptuer and deal with it the next morning. But today when i go to turn it on it wont even power up. i unpluged everything and tryed to switch outlets but nothing please help !!!!!

The computer is getting no power at all when i try to power it up it doe nothing

If you can get the qcode readout, check it against the manual

Some motherboards have a little display embedded that shows two digit codes that represent an outcome.
