Blacklight:Retribution Problem

Sup guys,so i just finsihed downloading Blacklight on steam.but i can't seem t start the game,but there was problems before i the download finish,before 95% the download was smooth then when it reached 95%,the problems started,it download keep stopping,so i had to keep restaarting steam in order to finish the whole download.After the download finished,i couldn't start the game,i show you guys the screenshot below.Thx in advance :)
