Hey guys,

So I'm looking for a very specific type of USB cable, I'm not even sure if it exists so any help would be much appreciated.

I am currently embarking on a mission to create my own Nvidia Shield Portable. I am using an ODROID-C1 for the Microcomputer, but it, like all other Microcomputers, doesn't have powered USB ports.

I am looking for a cable that at allows me to plug in one USB device into two USB ports: one for power and one for data. I need this to attach an Xbox 360 controller, which I believe will need power and data from a USB port.

Does this sort of cable exist? If not, would it be possible to create one myself?

If it's not possible I was thinking of looping off the end of another USB cable and attaching it to a USB extendeR. Can I wire two pins for data and two for power, or is each pin both data and power?

Sorry if it's hard to explain, but it's critical for my project to work.

Thanks for any help!

Uh? Like:

USB Controller > Green > USB cable 1

USB Controller > White > USB cable 1

USB Controller > Red > USB cable 2

USB Controller > black > USB cable 2

If you already have some solder and a few USB cables, this shouldn't be that hard to create yourself.
