no dont buy them, if your eyes are tired then you just need to eat a fruit or something with good carbs in, and stay away form a screen for a littel while until you feel you no longer have tired eyes.

the reason is becouse these glasses interfere with the light you have around you too, so you become more sentive to the normal daylight(blue and violet light) and it will eventually be a problem when you go outside.

interesting, i do eat a lot of carbs so that should help me. You raise a very good point though that i didn't know about, the far point is though in my room there is no light aha darkness all day xD. I see your point though, what would you say i can also do to increase time, cause i mean i've installed f.lux which changes the colour of my screen depending on the time of day.

indeed it is, but is he still useing them? i mean i came up with something here but i really wanna know if he is still useing them or not, some people do not get those bad eyes my friend got,

but to be hornest then i think it is a better solution to ask a eye doctoer about useing screen glasses for blue and violet light before useing them. that way you are sure and can always come back to the doctor and complain if needed.

the story humm i think about it :)

my friend had a farther and a brother who both where strict about computeres and stuff like this, they even put ambiant light in his own room and turned it on when he where playing, this where when he started to enter cs:go and stuff and played for like 10 hours a day while also doing school.

so they became worried after he started to come down a little late for dinner and stuff and often had very viewable bags under his eyes, they got him some gunnar optics witch in the end made him sentitive to day light after useing them for a winter.

he would now also use them in school and when ever he had to go outside, until i and some friends came along and took him out, to a doctor who told him to gradually stop useing them so he would in the end stop useing those glasses.
