Ltt forum "mark solved" problems

For often than not i found myself looking for the mark as solved button on the ltt forum but simply cant find it. Do you guys know if i am doing something that is making this happen or if it is a common error on ltt? thx.

You can only "mark as solved" by marking someones REPLY to YOUR post

 The Wannabe is no longer. Replaced by the Flotilla. If you replace every part of a computer is it still the same computer?

You can only "Mark as solve" in certain topics such as "troubleshooting".
