Cheapo GPU

So I think the iGPU on my LGA 775 motherboard is kinda crapped out (the picture "jiggles" I guess). So I have to look for a low-profile PCIe GPU that will support Windows 7. I need VGA hookup, and I found a Radeon HD 3450 for $14 on eBay with the DMS-59 VGA splitter. Unless you guys can find one with considerably better performance for $20 or less, I'm going to get the 3450, since I think I could get my mom and stepdad to get it for me.

Way outta budget. And it's passively cooled, not actively (this will be in a pretty small case, so I'm gonna want an actively cooled GPU).

On bid will go much higher.

Not to mention that it isn't low profile, and that it probably won't run with a single 6-pin or 8-pin PCIe power connector.

The one I'm looking at is the same exact one (even with the PCB color). Not sure how much VRAM yours has (probably 256MB like most, but you never know). Not sure if you're offering it or what though. :P
