Raid stuffs

My Kingston SSDNow V300 died (ooh what a surprise)

Anyways, I'm looking at 2x 120gb Intel 530 SSDs, and I want to put them in RAID 0, but I'm about 90% sure my motherboard (MSI A88X G-43) doesn't have a built in RAID controller.

Soooo that means I (may) need a PCI RAID controller.. I'm still new to the whole scene, so I have a few questions.

First off, how the hell do I set it up? Assuming I get the PCI controller.

Is it even worth the money, effort and time?

What is a good RAID controller? I only need RAID 0, although RAID 1 would be nice. Budget is max $30.
