I've used Windows Movie Maker. It's okay. But not want I want to use atm. How much does Adobe Premier cost?

If you get it legitimately, it is $20 per month. You can pirate it, but I can't officially recommend that.

I want to learn how to video edit, so is there any FREE Video Editing Software? (No Stupid trials). 

 

I'm learning how to use Lightworks at the moment, I just want to know if there are any better ones.

Windows movie maker is decent and free. I use it a tiny bit for occasional things even though i have adobe premier.
