pc not starting

Hi 6 months ago my pc, when its plugged in motherboard lights is working but to start it had 30 min delay. and like that for 2 months til it stopped working the mother board lights was working but it did not started. i wanna ask if any buddy know what could be the problem. my guess psu but im car expert not pc. sorry  for clishe gramma.

are there any error codes on your MoBo like a little display or ,if you have it plugged in, a beep code from the little speaker?

Does the power supply turn on when you go to boot?

when i turn my psu on the MoBo lights goes on but when i try to start it does not make a sound of beep. as i said i think that psu is broken and dose not supply enough power to start. i just need to know if its true that it could psu's fault.

 

 

 

my pc is simple i was using just for working (solid edge) and school.

and for grammar im european.

so you hit the power button, mobo lights turn on, fans spin but nothing is displayed on the monitor?

After a while does it turn off by itself?

mobo lights on when its connected to power but when i try to turn on via mobo or case. nothing will start.

as i said when i turn on my psu the mobo light goes on only 1 of them but the pc does not start eaven the fans does not go.

small thing to there is small blue led on MoBo by power connections (24pin) that flashes and i dont remember that i flashed before the problem came up

could it be cmos battery?
