Yes it would. More radiator=more surface area=lower temps. Don't know how much lower they'd be, but they'd be lower.

I just look at build logs and people have like 480mm. Some people had like 240mm+120mm or similar. My question is, would having 2 or 3 480mm radiator makes a difference in temperature?

 

It makes sense to a certain degree.

If you are only cooling a CPU, you won't see much of a difference between a 360 and a 480 rad. Since there is only so much heat the water can carry, only so much heat the block can dissipate into the water for the time the water is having contact, and you cannot get below room temperature. So a GPU + a CPU on 3x 480rads won't make much difference to them being on a 480 rad.

 

I am running two 360 for two GPUs and a CPU, and I can actually heat up the water quite a bit with furmark + IBT, and I might get slightly better temps with like 2x 480 but there's always a point where the extra rad space won't make a difference anymore.
