Seriously, why are people choosing the N5?

The OPO has a better processor, better software, better GPU, better screen, better camera, better build quality- heck, it's better in every single way.

Plus, for the same price as the 16GB N5 you get a 64GB OPO.

Depending on where you live in the world, the OPO isn't really as good as a deal as in the US. For Canadians, the 16GB OPO costs $450 final price whereas you would be saving 100 if you got a Nexus 5. If OP lives in US, sure OPO is good choice and I agree with you except for with software. Some people need the reliability of android updates.

Specs are only part of the story. What if you get a defective one or a damaged one? With the reports of not so good service from OnePlus, it's hard to recommend them. We also don't know how tech savy the op is, if he's not that savy, he probably isn't into changing roms and dealing with the not so refined software of the opo. I would just get the Nexus 5.

well im not big in the tech department and I am big in the tech department. Its a yes and no. See nexus 5 has lollipop , looks simple yet with a lot of options. And the oneplus one is a community based android system and has A LOT of flex but looks complicated . And the oppo well didnt think of that actually . Oh FYI I live in finnland , so the nexxy 5 costs 320 e ( A.L.V.I.N Screwed me over again , they raised tech taxes , last time I checked it was 300 , but no add 20 e more to it , DAMMN YOU ALVIN )
