Hello guys, I am new to the forums so I do apologize if this is the wrong place to ask for help.
Here is the issue that I am having (please take in account that my build is 3 years old and I have been having this issue 2 months after building it), so every time I turn on my computer and try to watch a youtube video or twitch stream my computer randomly hangs up with sound loop and no control over I/Os and if I wait couple of seconds while it's in this state a blue screen appears with "WHEA_UNRECOVERABLE_ERROR" of course with no code in the end, and it happened before but not so often but lately its been happening once a day, last night I had it when I was playing BF3 and my screen went blue with black lines on both monitors, which made me suspect that my GPU is dying and I will answer the famous questions upfront no I have never overclocked and never had the need to do so also my BIOS is up to date along with all of my drivers and everything is set to default.

PC specs:
CPU: Intel i5-3470.
GPU: Sapphire AMD HD 7970.
RAM: Crossair XMS 2x 4GB.
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LK.
PS: ThermalTake: 600 W.
Case: Merc Beta
Monitor 1: Asus VE247.
Monitor 2: ViewSonic VG730m.
Headset: Logitech G430.

Things I tried:
1. Tried to make few alterations to the BIOS settings by turning off turbo boost, c state, speedstep, and turning on XMP mode= no changes.
2. Cleaned the hardware and rebuilt the whole system = no changes.
3. changed the GPU slot = no changes.
4. Ran stress tests, mem test for hours and nothing came out negative.
5. over various testing methods came out negative.

I will also attach two dump files from the last 2 days just for you to look at.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8ieoNY4pu-LSEpROThIX2...

I would also like to point out that whenever I open the case and try to clean or swap the ram the computer works for few seconds then shuts down then start again, also the DRAM light comes up randomly between each restart, and me swapping between sticks or removing one of them do it randomly too.. It seems like a lot of random factor going on there and I have no idea what is causing all these issues.

Thanks for all the help up front

So you're BSODing once a day? BAAAAAAAAD

Get BlueScreenView and use that. Tell us what it says. (I used to have a BSOD problem that happened atleast once every 2 days and I found out using that a bad driver was causing it :P  )

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

Do you have the latest chipset drivers? What are the general temperatures of your hardware?

What version of Windows are u using?

CPU around 43 C when idle, Motherboard 28 C and my GPU sits around 45 C, I am 100% sure it's not overheating problem because today I opened the sensors and stared at them while watching a youtube video and when the screen froze the temps were around 40s which is normal to me.

I think that might be your problem.

^ This... Looks like you need to reinstall your chipset driver or install it if you haven't already.

Does this mean I have a driver issue? Oh I would like to point out that I just made a fresh install to my system just to make sure this is not happening, and yes I used to have this issue long time ago on Windows 7 too, but could this actually solved the problem?

More likely then not it's a driver issue. (I had this issue and I'm on windows 7. Only reason I know is because it had a similar error code).

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

has this happened when u run only 1 monitor?

Yup happened with 1 monitor before, to be honest the issue never bothered me before because it didn't happen often, maybe once every 4 months but now it happens on daily bases, except yesterday when I removed the GPU, to be fair I just found out that I have never installed the chipset drivers since the day I built the computer and today was the actual first time I do install it manually.

I am lost too, specially that it randomly does these shutdowns when i open the case and clean things up, all cables seem to be in place too and all good, could an unstable heatsink causes such issues?

Okay after reading around it seems like a lot of people are having this issue cause of Adobe Flash, no one have figured out the reason why it does that, but the weird thing that it happens with Youtube too which doesn't use flash, happened with BF3 too.. Which makes it even more confusing.

that is the common problem for the hangs

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Yup just did that and no crashes for now, but my second DVI port had a seizure 4 hours ago but the computer didn't crash and I was able to recover from this state by restarting, Over clocked my GPU by little caused this issue but no crash.. I think I solved the issue partially.
