A faster processor would give better FPS but only because the CPU itself would be better.

Sorry, I have never heard any of them. maybe somone else here will know an answer.

gaming? yes. it's plenty.

recording/streaming? I'd get something with a few more cores, those two cores will get bogged down fast.

Nah mate that cpu will run the 280x absolutely fine, and if your on a budget thats an awesome cpu to go for cause it allows upgradability to an i5/i7 at a later date with the lga 1150 socket

yeah that one, But OBS uses intels something, i thought that i don't need better CPU

I will only record 10-15 Minutes 30 FPS 1080p and that is it..
