Pain.......

recently , i changed to a fancy computer desk and the size of the place of where i put my keyboard and mouse is very small. Every time i game , my hand will rest on the edge and now pain is coming to the part where i put at the edge. I am not asking for any medicine (this is a tech forum ) , is there anything that i can do to the edge? ( sorry for the bad english)
