Logitech makes a bunch of decent 2.1 sound systems for cheap, I have the z523 now, but i had the z323's before and they were quite nice considering the price.

EDIT: I meant to say z313's instead of z323, but I've owned them both :P for 2.1 surround the 313's are hard to beat but the z323's are '360' speakers, so each satellite has a driver on the front and the back, same with the 523, plus a 6" subwoofer.

@nithiiyan

You didn't define cheap. I had to do one yesterday for under 50 quid (UK) and I recommended these.

You won't get amazing speakers but... Logitech isn't bad for the price and these seem decent.

The projects never end in my line of work.

I recommend you don't buy these... save up for something better.

For best buy: Stay away from Insignia. I had a soundbar I bought as a gift for someone that was smoking.

That's the only set I saw worth spending anything on.

But @nithiiyan , I still say you'd be better off saving for something much better in the next price bracket.

Pretty much pick up something cheap from a brand you recognize. They're all pretty much the same at that price.
