I'm abit confused about what happens in the game, want to explain it to me?

From what I get, you start out as a bunch of random stuff and then they make a vehicle. Then they drive. Am I missing something?

Its not a game, its a simulator.

 

The best cars from the previous round have tweaks made to them. You can define how much they are tweaked by the % selector.

 

You can also set how many of the best cars from the previous rounds stay with the other selector. Then you wait for your car to evolve.

 

The seed simply decides what terrain you get.
