Its normal.

Tilt the PC around a little, and just let it sit and they will go away.

Unless its like blasting out a lot bubbles or something like its boiling

Hi there guys just put together my first water cooling loop I'm using phobya coolant and I'm getting small air bubbles inside my reservoir what does this mean.

What res do you have? But if you just built your system it means that the little air bubbles/air pockets in your system are getting pushed out and ending up in your res(which is a good thing). They will go away eventually.

I've got the Phobya 150 Black Nickle reservoir and the bubbles are just in the res no bubbles in the tubes

It's normal, don't worry, they'll float to the top and pop etc in a week or so. It takes time for air to fully bleed out.
