Hey all, I just put together my first custom loop and I'm curious if my temps seem too high.

For some loop info: I have 2 triple 140mm rads(420mm) 60mm thick. One top mounted, one bottom mounted. Ek evo blocks on cpu and gpu.

I'm running a 4770k @ 4.3 and a 780ti suberclocked edition overclocked @ about 400mhz over stock.

All temps seem fine until I run prime95 on the top option which is "highest heat, most intense" at that point it instantly jumps to 70-75 C and stays there. I'm using realtemp to monitor temps.

Is this right? Seems high to me because I can run the heaven 3d benchmark @ 1200p max everything and only hit 38 C on the gpu

I might just be paranoid but it looks like water is only flowing over the full left side of the cpu block and mostly the outside of the right side of the cpu block. Left is inlet, right out.

So am I paranoid or does something soon wrong. Water flow seems good as I can see turbulence in the res

At idle and fan speeds at around 550rpm I'm getting 26-33 C on cpu and about 24 C on gpu

Temps look great, keep rocking it. You could maybe push your i7 a bit further if it's not being voltage limited.

I really wish that we'd just make organic hardware already, that grows and adapts to the demands it needs to meet. That way, grannies' computers can be floppy sacks of organicness and the 12 year old Minecrafters will look like the guys that only do bicep curls, and the nerdy programmers will finally have justice, with their body-builder rigs that skipped leg day.

What is the voltage on the 4770k?

Heaven doesn't hit the CPU much, which is why your temperatures don't climb while running it. What fans are you using out of curiosity?
