Nvidia New Gpu?

anyone know if i should just build a new pc and not get a new gpu and wait till new nivdia 4gb card comes out if you know can you tell me approximately when it would release 

A new Nvidia card won't come out anytime soon. If you're looking to wait for a new GPU series I'd suggest waiting for the R9 3xx series.

the gtx 960 came out, its 2 gb. if your waiting, wait for r 9 3xx series

AMD will launch the R9 3XX series and then i assume nvidia will launch the maxwell based GM210 GPU, probably be a cut down GM210 (probably a 1000$ titan card with 6 or 8GB of VRAM i suppose) and then should come the mainstream full fledged GM210 card that will totally annihilate everything else...how long will it take for that cycle to complete is unknown...if you need a GPU then i suggest you buy one the cards out there are very strong for the price right now (R9 290, R9 290X or GTX 970 for example)
