Razer Naga 2014 Issue

These past few weeks, my Naga has been disconnecting from my PC at random and the functions I've set to it will not actually change back to what I had set it to with the profile in Synapse (meaning even though I switch between profiles, some functions continue to not actually work).

I've downloaded all updates for Synapse when this started - I never download it's updates unless I'm personally experiencing issues or if there's a functionality update.

Physically unplugging the mouse and plugging it back in does not solve the issue.

I can probably try another USB port to see what happens after a while; the mouse is the only device randomly disconnecting so it could be a failing port?

If anyone has had a similar issue I'd like to hear from you.

I would try a different port first and report back to us with your findings.

Give another USB port a shot first, then afterwards if it continues give it a try with a laptop or different desktop if your able to and see if it happens, If it continues I would replace it.
