Hello once again! My Internet has stopped working again, this time my wireless network card cannot be found.

I have tried to mmake windows find the network card in the control panel, but it cannot find it. This is not the same problem as the other time, and it does not help of I restore it to a point the network card worked, could it be a hardware problem?

How do I do that?

Open up the start menu and type Device Manager in the search bar. Once you're in the Device Manager window, look for "Network adapters"; click it and then right click the one you want to uninstall and choose "Uninstall". When you're done uninstalling, take the CD or whatever has the driver's installation program and install it again.

connect to the network, go to your laptop manufacturers website, find your laptop and download the correct driver for the wireless card.

if you can't, then use another computer and download the driver there, put it on a usb and install the driver from the usb on your laptop.
