Is this right (or decent?)

So in my adventured to get 60 FPS ultra 1080p in CoD AW I have tried OCing my CPU.

 

After overclocking (IDK if I did it right) it would still only stay around 888 Mhz (My cards base clock is 941 Mhz) and occasionally go to ~1 Ghz.

 

Here's a screenshot of my monitor/settings after having run Furmark (1080p **MSAA) for the last 35 minutes

How come it never clocks this high in games? (Even when playing Dying Light at low, minimum view distance at 25 FPS?)

 

Is it something wrong with my PC? Or did I get a bad card?

 

All help is appreciated.

If you need any more info just ask and I'll see what I can do.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

Are you sure it's not just dying light being unoptimised ? I reckon it's probably your drivers, surely the game doesn't perform that badly.

While playing games it will rarely clock above 1 Ghz. Keep in mind the base clock is 941 Mhz.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

its probably heat issues try setting a more aggressive fan curve

IDK how to do that with GPUTweak.

 

 

It's very unlikely that's it though. My temps rarely go above 60.
