Display error when playing game

**Memory: X2 Avexir Core Series 8GB DDr3-1600.
**Storage: Samsung 840 Eco 250GB 2.5'' SSD.
              Seagte 2TB 3.5'' 7200 RMp Hybrid.
**Video card: Asus GeForce GTX 970 4GB STRIX.
**Case: NZXT H4409(White/Black) ATX Mid Tower.
**Power supply: Corsair 600W  ATX 12V.
**Monitor: Samsung S24D590PL 23.6".
**Keyboard: Ducky Shine 3 Red LED 87 keys (Brown Switch).
**Mouse: Razer Death Adder Chroma.
**Headphones: Steelseries 9H.

Pls help me and how to fix it.

I fear your GPU is broken. I think you should RMA. Those are the so-called graphical artifacts, there is some problem with your GPU's Core chip.

Xaring is right- those are artefacts. The GPU is dying or has a fault.
