Sorry guys, I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and my budget is ideally $500 I was hoping to make it a black/red scheme

Sadly if you want a good performing PC for $500 around here, you won't really get color matched.

If you want a nice black and red PC it'll cost $665

Motherboard: MSI B85M GAMING Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($99.95 @ Vuugo)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory  ($81.99 @ Memory Express)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($57.98 @ DirectCanada)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 750 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card  ($155.95 @ Vuugo)
Case: NZXT S340 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case  ($99.58 @ TigerDirect Canada)
Power Supply: Antec 450W ATX Power Supply  ($34.98 @ Newegg Canada)
Total: $665.38
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

If you can live without color-matching, you can get one for less then your budget.

This build will give you upgradability later on, you can add in a graphics card and make a great gaming rig

Motherboard: ASRock H81M-DGS R2.0 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($49.50 @ Vuugo)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory  ($81.99 @ Memory Express)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($57.98 @ DirectCanada)
Case: Thermaltake Versa H22 ATX Mid Tower Case  ($32.99 @ NCIX)
Power Supply: Antec 450W ATX Power Supply  ($34.98 @ Newegg Canada)
Total: $473.39

But if you're not planning to game on it later on and only need a media PC for 1080p video, you can go as low as half your budget

CPU: AMD 5350 2.05Ghz Quad-Core Processor  ($59.99 @ NCIX)
Motherboard: ASRock AM1B-MDH Micro ATX AM1 Motherboard  ($29.00 @ Vuugo)
