My steam download speeds keep fluxuating , BADLY - going to the peak download speed then dropping to 0 for a few seconds then going to peak again then dropping it makes having an ETA painstakingly long T_T

ya i have the same problem some time's but i think its my internet or wireless adapter.

Change the server you're downloading from? Settings-Downloads-Download Region

It happens to me too.But when i check background network speed using network meter,i saw that it constantly downloading and did not drop to 0 at all.

I've tried everywhere from the UK to Japan ....

Did you try restarting Steam? Or restarting your computer? Or your router?
