My power supply has made this buzz since I brought it a few weeks ago I dismissed it as coil wine or something similar but would like another opinion(s) I will list the power supply make below as well as a video with the noise in it. It make a buzz when off as well but not as loud.

could be the PSU fan

 

check with your ears to be sure

That's what I thought but it happens when the system Is off so I am not sure

that is standby

 

what about when your switch it off from socket?

It stops when I turn it off at the wall there is an even fainter buzz

sounds like its electricial hum

 

change the socket where you plugged it

I will when the power comes back but when I put it together I did it in another room and it was doing the same thing

how old is your house electricals?

Could also just be electronic noise.  If it is seriously a buzz, and not a vibration buzz.  I would be concerned. 

i suspect his home electricals have a current leak somewhere
