Host an irc chat room? Run a basic media server using the raspi as a controller? Dunno, theres not much that can use that few resources... xD

No interest in irc, not really media servers either. I don't want to do anything my pc already can do or else I'll never use it

Program it to take over the functions of the processor that controls your oven/stove, and replace all the knobs/buttons with capacitive touch sensors. Also, hook up a wifi antenna to it so that you can control your oven from your phone, and have your oven notify you when your meal is ready.

That would be so awesome, but also pricey unfortunatly.
